I am an out-of-the-box thinker with a very mechanical mindset.  I have always looked at products and processes very critically; secretly thinking to myself how I can make it better, easier, or more efficient.

Additionally, I am a tinkerer.  I have been making custom solutions for myself, friends, and family for years.  I have amassed an entire workshop of specialized tools and skills and am able to build and create almost anything.

In September of 2020 I decided to follow my dream. I formed Walther Innovations, LLC to start using my talents with the hopes that they will help solve everyday problems.

​

My background is in Architectural & Electrical Engineering.  My career experience spans over 25 years as a consulting engineer and over 19 years as an adjunct professor at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.  I hold professional engineering licenses in 17 states.  Additionally, I volunteer with the Kettle Moraine Youth Aviation program and 91.7FM, WMSE.
